People may come for counselling when they feel lost or stuck in life, and their emotions may become overwhelming. There is often a loss of connection within themselves, with others and with their environment. Counselling nurtures our innate ability for growth, and through self-awareness and compassion, you can begin to reconnect with yourself. Working together, we will work to strengthen emotional regulation and your coping skills. It takes courage to come to counselling, and I hope to offer you a confidential space where you feel safe and supported with eventually trust in our relationship for you to be your authentic self.
